Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technology trends through 2026 across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business objectives with future tech capabilities
- Build relationships with academic institutions and R&D centers to identify breakthrough innovations
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee development of prototype solutions for 2026 use cases
- Maintain competitive intelligence on global tech innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of technology commercialization or product innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published research or speaking engagements at major tech conferences
