Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with proven impact on long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes technology decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) strongly preferred
