Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership for industry summits and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or commercialized products
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or APF)
