Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and biometric interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-age communication protocols
- Drive adoption of Web3.0 infrastructure for decentralized governance
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature Technology
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 5+ years strategic planning
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Clearance for federal technology collaboration programs
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented futuristic tech solutions
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
