Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies' business impact and ROI
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive tech trends
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with startups, research institutions, and standards bodies
- Lead technology transformation projects with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
