Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable insights for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize futuristic solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership papers
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech environments
