Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping bleeding-edge solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Anticipate socioeconomic disruptions and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private investments for frontier research initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and publish thought leadership in Nature/Future of Work journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bio-AI, or Futurology from Tier-1 institution (MIT/Stanford/Oxford equivalent)
- 10+ years in CTO/Chief Futurist roles with 3+ $100M+ product launches
- Published white papers on post-singularity technology paradigms
- Expertise in ISO 20889-compliant ethical AI frameworks
- Proficiency in simulating 2026 socioeconomic scenarios using proprietary QuantumLeap models
- Active clearance for DARPA and EU Horizon Europe projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
