Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and external partners
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating future technologies into current products
- Present quarterly technology foresight reports to board members and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in futurism methodologies and strategic innovation
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neural networks, and synthetic biology
