Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-interfaces
- Develop 3-5 year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with ESG compliance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting innovations (e.g., synthetic biology integration, AI consciousness)
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation lab teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
