Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated 10-year forecasting success
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI ethics frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented 5-year technology roadmaps
- Security clearance eligibility for sensitive projects
