- Partner with global governments on digital policy innovation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Published research in quantum/AI ethics (top-tier journals)
- Experience with ISO 20700 technology foresight standards
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulators
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Speaker at TED/Nexus Global Tech Summit events
