Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, Web3)
- Lead scenario planning for 2026 market disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build global innovation networks with academic and industry partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/quantum computing)
- Proven track record of forecasting tech market shifts
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with regulatory tech policy analysis
- Prior startup or scale-up experience in deep tech
- Strong background in ethical AI development frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
