As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry pioneers to develop actionable insights about future technology trends. You'll translate complex technological forecasts into strategic initiatives that position Nexus as a market leader in the 2026 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Produce quarterly future-tech impact reports with actionable recommendations
- Represent the company at global technology foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech trends (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
