Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify market disruption opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Maintain partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Hubs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in strategic planning
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of scaling innovations to commercial deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
