Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across 5 key verticals
- Lead scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, neurointerfaces)
- Establish innovation frameworks to evaluate future technology ROI and risk
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategy into corporate vision
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototype development
- Publish industry-defining whitepapers on 2026 technology trends
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions (e.g., blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (ITU, WEF)
