Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface systems
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year tech adoption forecasts
- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and domain experts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive commercialization of experimental technologies through our venture arm
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
