Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with agile development in research environments
