Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Identify and validate emerging tech opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Architect scalable solutions leveraging AI, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate prototype development
- Collaborate with venture partners to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking
- Mentor junior innovators while fostering a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience securing innovation funding and managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
