You'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen platforms, secure $10M+ in innovation funding, and publish thought leadership in MIT Technology Review-caliber venues. Our collaborative lab in San Francisco's Mission District offers cutting-edge resources and flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI governance frameworks
- Secure partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Lead patent portfolios targeting 15+ innovations in decentralized AI and climate tech
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor fellows in our 2026 Tech Accelerator program
- Drive open-source initiatives in ethical AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Experience securing $5M+ in government innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Proven track record of scaling pre-seed to Series B tech ventures
