As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to identify disruptive technologies, assess market readiness, and develop actionable strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and publish quarterly technology trend reports with strategic recommendations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive tech adoption across business units
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via publications or patents)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-level audience experience
- Validated network of tech futurists and industry thought leaders
