Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Design and validate proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 technology landscape
- Chair the Future Tech Council, guiding R&D investments and innovation governance
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite and board decisions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
