- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on future business landscapes
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into successful commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (whitepapers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, etc.)
