Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Author thought leadership papers on emerging tech paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate next-gen startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of published research or industry thought leadership
