Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Design scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with academic institutions to publish industry-defining white papers
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI/ML system architecture at scale
- Published research in quantum computing or next-gen networks
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience with blockchain governance frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI design principles
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
