Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect and oversee the development of high-performance, scalable software systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Integration & Optimization: Integrate complex AI models and quantum computing protocols into existing workflows, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and data architecture.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
