Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the deployment of advanced autonomous AI agents and cognitive frameworks.
- Collaborate with quantum researchers to integrate hybrid computing models into standard AI pipelines.
- Mentor a team of world-class engineers and define technical best practices for neural networks.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of synthetic intelligence safety protocols and ethical boundaries.
- Drive innovation in natural language processing and predictive analytics for enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance standards.
