Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Sustainability Innovation Strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead R&D for breakthrough technologies in carbon capture, circular materials, and renewable energy integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and policy bodies
- Oversee implementation of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting mechanisms
- Drive adoption of AI-powered sustainability analytics across global operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in sustainable design thinking and innovation methodologies
- Present annual innovation roadmap to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with proven impact in tech-driven initiatives
- Expertise in circular economy principles and life cycle assessment methodologies
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Demonstrated success scaling sustainability programs across global enterprises
