As a leader in our Future Tech division, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, evaluating new technologies, and implementing scalable strategies that position Nexus Innovations at the forefront of the 2026 era.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their applicability and ROI for our products.
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Lead the creation of strategic product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and market dominance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Spearhead the 'Future Tech' incubator, prototyping concepts and validating hypotheses before full-scale implementation.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to ensure our strategic positioning remains aggressive and adaptive.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to assess their impact on business models.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and influence.
