Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Horizon 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Produce quarterly trend disruption impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investors
- Author the annual Future State Report for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF)
