Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Assess current systems and identify necessary upgrades to ensure scalability, security, and performance in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage by 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive high-performance engineering standards.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to secure the best resources for the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic director or VP-level role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and delivering results on ambitious timelines.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, software development lifecycles, and emerging tech trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and pivot strategies as needed.
