Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, biotech, Web3, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting R&D initiatives exceeding $10M
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
