Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 18-24 month impact
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation methodologies across all departments
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market vision
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two successful 5+ year strategic bets
- Experience scaling innovation programs in matrix organizations
