- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members

- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and adoption
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Innovation Management (MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes and regulatory implications
