- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present to C-suite and board on technological disruption opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at director/VP level
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Patent portfolio or published research in emerging technologies
- Experience with venture capital and corporate strategy alignment
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field
