Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record scaling digital transformation initiatives >$50M
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) and ethical frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains preferred
- Experience building innovation labs and managing remote technical teams
