Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale disruptive solutions
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry pioneers
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, quantum computing) to inform corporate strategy
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation champions and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity and complex transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders (technical to executive)
