Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy aligning with UN SDGs and tech disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Manage $50M innovation portfolio spanning 12 emerging technology verticals
- Chair the Future Council shaping industry standards for sustainable tech adoption
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through venture incubation
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a 25-person multidisciplinary innovation lab
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE/MIT journals preferred)
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing, bioinformatics, or climate tech ecosystems
- Executive-level experience with cross-border innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Computational Science, or equivalent
- Patent portfolio demonstrating disruptive technological contributions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
