Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling R&D from prototype to market
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI, or Sustainable Systems
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and carbon-negative tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/VC funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and German
- US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
