Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) into business roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design human-centered solutions for future workforce and customer experience evolution
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or strategic foresight
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through transformational change
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
