Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence signals
- Advise on investment opportunities in emerging technologies and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, blockchain, IoT, and biotechnology domains
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
