Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and innovation roadmaps with quantified impact projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic research, and startup ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior leadership team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi technique)

- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
