As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex foresight into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers in the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and partner with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D opportunities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
