Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
