Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal evolution
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish cross-industry innovation partnerships with Fortune 500 and unicorn startups
- Translate complex future trends into executable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives, board members, and key investors
- Mentor junior futurists and coordinate with R&D, product, and policy teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruption vectors
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven narratives
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
