Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning systems to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing successful futures projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) or equivalent
