- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term competitive advantage strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or advanced degree in futures studies, systems thinking, or relevant field
