Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into quarterly strategic roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Manage a portfolio of 2026-focused pilot programs and rapid experimentation initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities with data visualization proficiency
