Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for forecasting 2026 industry landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with global thought leaders
- Establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting major technological or societal shifts (2000-2025)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts that materialized
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
