Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on 2026 market disruption opportunities
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of future-facing KPIs and innovation indicators
- Advocate for sustainable and ethical innovation practices in strategic planning
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-facing projects delivered since 2020
