Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and industry transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development
- Author white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-AI interfaces
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for 2020-2025 trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
